About LatinDisplay 2020
LatinDisplay 2020, to be held in S. Paulo, SP, at the Instituto de Energia e Ambiente da Universidade de S. Paulo (IEE/USP), in April 14th, and joint to InfoComm Brasil 2020, at Transamerica Expo Center, in April 15th and 16th. Is an event of the Society of Information Display (SID), the Latin American Chapter (SID LTN Chapter), the Brazilian Network for Displays (BrDisplay Network) and the Ibero-American Network for Displays (Ibero American Display Network).
The goal of LatinDisplay 2020 is to discuss:
• Displays (LCDs, OLEDs, electrophoretic, holographic, 3D, microleds, projection, etc.)
• Lighting, light sources (LEDs, OLEDs, fluorescent lamps), light effects and trends in lighting
• Related technologies such as solar cells, sensors, ICs, photonic devices, organic electronics, batteries, nanotechnology, etc.
• Display subsystems and components (backlight units – BLUs, optical foils, etc.)
• Touch screens, tablets, digital boards and other peripherals
• Materials, processes and equipment for these technologies (liquid crystals, phosphors, quantum dots, etc)
• Emerging technologies and new applications
• Human factors, visual perception, interconnectivity, usability and access to multiple sources of content
• Virtual reality, augmented reality, H-M interfaces (gestural, adaptive, multimodal) and immersive systems
• Artificial intelligence, IoT, etc.
• Technologies for disabled people
• Impact of all these technologies on TV, cinema, media, signage, advertising, health, education, military, aero-space, etc.
