How to prepare and submit abstracts

Abstracts must be prepared in PC–compatible format using one of the popular desktop-publishing programs.

Abstracts must be written in English.

The abstract should clearly describe the subject and scope of the paper. No details and figures are required. Please limit the abstract to about one page (1 A4 in word). Indicate at the end of the abstract whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation of your work. See the Abstract Template.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically via this webpage. Instructions on how to submit your abstract are available at “How to upload an abstract” in this website.

To post your abstract click on “Up–Load Abstract” in this website (you must be registered to access this tool).
