Registration

To participate in LatinDisplay 2012/IDRC 2012 you must be registered in the event. To submit a contributed paper you must also be registered.

A special registration is necessary to participate at the DisplayEscola. As the DisplayEscola has a limited number of places available, we recommend that you register in advance to guarantee your attendance.

Participants who pay the registration fee in advance will benefit from a discount as well as the knowledge that all the Conference documentation will be ready on their arrival at the Secretariat of the event.

If you are a member and need to renew your membership, we recommend that you do so before you register at LatinDisplay 2012/IDRC 2012. See “Apply for or renew a Membership”. The membership fees are the same for new members and renewed members.

Symposium & Business Meetings

Registration for the Technical and Scientific Symposium/Business Meetings allows access to the Scientific and Technical Symposium, Business Meetings, Exhibition, coffee and refreshment during the conference breaks and a copy of the Proceedings of LatinDisplay 2012/IDRC 2012 in the digital copy.

DisplayEscola

Registration for the DisplayEscola allows access to the Exhibition, coffee and refreshment during the school breaks.

Please note that you must send a digital copy of the deposit/transfer to latindisplay2012@abinfo.com.br to confirm your payment.

Bank transfers or payment orders from abroad will require invoice to get the permission to transfer money out of your country and into Brazil. We will provide you an invoice upon your request by email.

Late payments can be made directly at the Secretary of LatinDisplay 2012/IDRC 2012, by check of a Brazilian bank or in cash.

How to register

To register at LatinDisplay 2012/IDRC 2012, you must create an account iin this website by providing your email address (as username) and a password. Follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the link “On-line Registration”.

2. Click on the button "Create Account"

2. Register your email address in the username field and a password (minimum 6 characters). Keep your registered email and password in mind as you will need them later for updating your data and for uploading paper(s).

3. Fill in the form with your data and options.

4. Click on the button "Save".

Late Registration

Late Registration for the Symposium, Business Meetings and DisplayEscola can be done during the event, at the desk of the Secretary located at the Hall of the Auditorium Ruy Barbosa, at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, on November 26-28^th, 2012, from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm.

Registration Confirmations

Email confirmations will be sent to registrants once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given for cancellations received up to October 15^th, 2012. No refunds will be given after October 15^th (including no-shows). The substitution of participants may be accepted with written demand from the original registrant to the Organizing Committee.
