How to upload an abstract of an institution/lab/group poster

After registering to LatinDisplay 2009 (see “Registration” of this website), upload the abstract of your institutional poster, according to the following instructions.

1. 1. “Log in” in the LatinDisplay website using your email and password.
2. 2. Click on the link "Upload your institutional abstract”. A page with the following fields will appear: Title of the abstract, Name of presenter.
3. 3. Fill in the fields.
4. 4. Click on the "Browse" button; a window will open to explore your files.
5. 5. Select the abstract file to be uploaded. The accepted formats are: .DOC, .DOCX, ODT,
6. 6. After selecting your file, open it.
7. 7. Click on “Upload your institutional abstract”.
8. 8. A page with a list of submitted abstracts will appear with your abstract on the top.
9. 9. Logout.
10. 10. Keep in mind your email and password, as you will need it later for uploading updates of your abstract.
